    Suggested 6th Grade School Supplies 

    I will supply each child with a writing, math, and science journal. Other materials, such as: markers, colored pencils, pencils, scissors and paper will be available to students as needed. The following is a suggested list of materials for your child’s sixth grade year:

    • 1 weekly academic planner (Students will use this planner to write down upcoming due dates, event information and reminders to complete unfinished class work at home.)
    • 2 - 1½-2 inch, 3-ring binders with 5-tabbed or 8-tabbed dividers (One will be used to keep work on extended projects organized, and will be kept in class; the other will be used to keep daily work organized, and will travel back and forth between home and school daily.)
    • Filler (lined) paper (College Ruled)
    • 1 pencil pouch that fits in a binder
    • 2 Ultra fine point permanent markers (Sharpie)
    • A personal dry erase marker/eraser, glue stick, scissors, pencil sharpener, and a set of markers if preferred.
